I am so excited because I am down 1.8 lbs which is closer to two pounds than not losing at all. I am feeling better about this battle. I still am remembering that through Christ who strengthens me with one meal at a time and one day at a time I will win this battle. I hope that everyone is meeting thier expectations and if not do not give up it will happen in time. I am staying prayerful.
267.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 117.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done, I'm very pleased for you. That must be a real boost for your motivation to keep going. And that's a good chunk of weight to lose and not be carrying round with you.
