I haven't worked out since Sunday because I've been sick. I went to the doctor yesterday and found out that my scale at home is wrong and I weigh less than I thought!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
