Got sick two weeks ago and didn't work out. Last week tried to get back to it, but still wasn't 100%. Dave was off of work yesterday and I took Olivia to the doctor then we had a fun day. I planned on getting back to working out today, but I'm doing some housework today. I also have not been eating great. Hoping to get back on track this week.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Then stop making excuses and DO IT!!! Start off with working out 3x a week. You could go for a walk, do a 30 minute workout dvd, etc. If you want this bad enough, you will find a way. Good luck and start now!
