Back down to 264! last time I hit this mark I went "celebration crazy!" Jumped up to 267! Sure am glad I got that out of my system! LOL Now back to hitting my next milestone - 260! I'm giving myself 2 weeks of sensible living to get there.

Great drop!! I like chopping your goals into two week intervals. You could always create a list of non food related rewards for when meeting your weight loss goals. Or Google it! I am sure a list will not be hard to find.
