Overall yesterday went alot better than the day before... I worked out like crazy (in that gym for 2-1/2 hours) and was starving afterwards. Went to Taco Bell right after to get a bean burrito to refuel and I also wanted to try the Cantina Steak burrito...ultra yummy. And I don't think it hurt my numbers too bad given the calories I burned working out... YEY! :-)
