Seem to be stuck for a few weeks at the same weight, averaging 124kgs for a few weeks now, been about 2000+ cal deficit daily but not losing any weight, I have reduced my RDI to 2000 cal from the recommended 2400 but not making any difference to date. Beginning to think these FS numbers don't mean a thing really as 3500 cal deficit per week is supposed to be a loss of 2 lbs, why am I not losing anything for my deficit, seems a bit suspicious to me.
