im having a day off today, feel a bit bloated so i am going to drink water all day. I plan ahead what food i can eat so i dont get hungry. It works for me. I know people will say its unhealthy but so is being fat. Id rather be thin in all honesty. I have never been fat and i never will be. lots to do today. I need to rearrange my conservatory ready for the new sofas on Saturday and tidy the first floor. I think i will burn off quite a few carbs lugging that huge bookshelf about!
