today went OK not as good as i wanted to though.
i followed the plan till i went to wholefoods to get a muffin then i ate a pizza that i wasn't supposed to eat when i came home i ate some nuts. but at 5 i ate a chicken and i felt like crap after that so i threw up. i exercised after then ate some cereal and veggies with ranch. i don't think it was a binge but i ate a bit too much. Nevertheless i think the reason behind most of my binges is that its a way for me to procrastinate. sometimes when i'm over thinking something i binge or when i feel like I've screwed up something. i throw up after cause i feel bad about the binge. tomorrow is a new day and i wont binge i'll space out what i eat and go for a run. I'm trying to stop my binging habit it's slowly ruining my health and my life. I know my diet wont be perfect but i need to think before i eat something and have more willpower.
