Wednesday. Another busy day. Didn't get home till late last night. Don't like driving in the dark when the roads are wet.
Weight still up despite good eating. 206.2. Seems it is what the scale does to me.
Did not sleep well.
Grateful still
Had a nice talk with mom yesterday by phone.
Had some moments of clarity yesterday where I began to have some understanding about how I got so far off track.
Drove a 2013 Ford Escape yesterday (state car) with Sirius radio! Cool!
Knowing life goes on even though at times it feels like it shouldn't.
Staying on track.
Another day to practice forgiveness, being kind to myself and being mindful. The sun will shine again. Life is good even when life is hard. Take care.

You deserve LIFE. We all do, we all make mistakes, no one is free of sin. Could you imagine a world w/out forgiveness... let alone a life that did not go on because none of us were worth it? It too shall pass, I hope its soon for you.
