Not sure how I gained this week, but I'm not going to let it get me down. Just going to work hard this week and exercise more. Hopefully I'll have a better number next week.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1217 kcal Fat: 32.23g | Prot: 67.19g | Carb: 155.48g.   Breakfast: pineapple chunks - sunrise growers, fat free strawberry yogurt - yoplait, whole strawberries - great value. Lunch: Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup. Dinner: Green Beans - SK, pasta sides cheddar broccoli , real bacon pieces - hormel, bonless skinless chicken breast - pilgrim's pride, finely shredded cheddar jack cheese - food club. Snacks/Other: grapes, Special K Cereal Bars - Vanilla Crisp. more...

Sometimes when you gain weight it can be muscle instead of fat - did you do anything different this week exercise-wise?
