Decided it was time for some getting outdoors and a date at the senior center for some treadmill walking. I walked for about 30 minutes and measured over 1 mile. Baby and me took several walks with a pedometer reading of over 7000 steps.
I'm not convinced that the pedometer is set for the proper measure of my steps.
