ok, so I didn't meet my goal of 125 pounds by July 31. Still have fifteen to go but I feel solid, healthy and am down to a size 4 / 6. I am starting another stretch of restricted calories so I can meet my goal by the end of summer. I loaded the past two days and today start back on 500-750 daily calories of protein and green leafies. I can do this!!!
