Today is when i face the scale :S i've been hearing compliments from almost everyone -eventhough i am making sure that no one knows that i am dieting- , but the scale however has another opinion :( it says that i haven only lost 500 grams which is nothing , i can add them by drinking 2 cups of water :'(
i will not give in not ever, even if the scale dosn't like it ! i'll show it not to miss with my mind ever again it'll only make me stronger !

175.3 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
