I haven't missed a day of exercise for 2 weeks not even fridays i was so proud of me but,today i had no time for working out , it made me feel so bad and unhappy for a point where i missed up my diet a bit, my calories are still on track but i ate too much carbs and it made me feel real bad :(
but i wont lose control i will look at the bright side and not allow one day to miss up 2 weeks ! i'll try to work out at night if i had time or go for a walk at least i wont be wasting a whole day ! wish me luck and stay strong :)

Same problema here: carbs. And although my calories are inside my limit and I've worked out I just ate more bread than I should. Dinner + bread = mess! Bread why do you exist? :(

hahahahahahahha you really cheered me up :)..yeah bread is my weakness and night and dinner time is the worst ! but what to do we must keep on going , i am glad u didn't miss your exercise ( thumps up) but i promise if i find a way to hold back my craving for carbs ( bread) you 'll be the first one i'll tell !
