Happy Monday!
This is the start of a new week, a busy but a good new week. Mondays are always a time for me to get focused and back on track. Mind you this weekend was pretty good, stayed on track with my eating at a BBQ at my boyfriends house. I find that now when I have more to eat than than I should, my body tells me.
I have to start getting myself to the gym more. Last week I only got out once (midterms...yuck). That is a time when I find the mindless munching while sitting in front of my computer. So I really try to go at least 3 times a week, plus the work that I do at my house, but just getting out there and seeing the other women and having their support is great.
I was just checking out the site, SparksPeople, and seeing what is happening there. I signed up to that one around the same time as FS, but I find that I come back here more.
I had posted some before and after pictures there, and just seeing that is amazing on how I had let myself go over the years.
My biggest fear now is that I might some how slip back and be come that woman again.
I was looking at some "rag" magazine the other day and it was showing a picture of Kristy Allen, and how she had gained her weight back. See I too lost my weight with Jenny Craig, and that is something that I have heard that people do when they go onto "real foods". I did gain some back once I started eating on my own....mind you it was easter weekend, company...extra foods and such.
So that is when I kicked myself in the butt and get things under control. That point just reinforced the point that it will be a constant life style change.
So....every now and then I have to dig out some old pictures....look at them and then i know....I want to be the skinny me! Then run and do a work out!
