Avg today is 159.3. Yesterday I ate 1553 cal but only managed 18 nc and of these 15 were from fv. I didn't intend to limit my nc's, but we went to a dinner theater last night and I wasn't able to eat a thing! By the time our table was called, the salad was gone and the only meat offering,a chicken breast, was coated with sauce and stuffed with dressing! I had coffee and lots of water.
I think I will try holding nc's to 25 for a week and see if this makes a difference but will still keep my calories around 1600 as I hate to begin calorie restriction unless I'm convinced that is the really required..

Thanks for the encouragement. I shouldn't whine,I am losing after all. Patience comes to he who waits. I heard a great saying yesterday and I'm adopting it for mine: I'm too blest to be stressed!
