Last week was a bad week. I lost every bit of control i had and hit rock bottom with my diet. Everytime i placed something terrible in my mouth i thought twice about it and did it anyway. I should have lost 10 pounds by now but instead im exactly the same. Im having a difficult time with this. Im like an addict that keeeps relapsing soberity. Im not in a good mind set, i need to get back up and dust myself off.

Try to remember the reasons you want to lose the weight. Make yourself a list of those reasons and post them somewhere to remind you every day. Know you're not alone, we all go through this. Hang in there.
