Im a stay at home mother of two. Just recently had my second child nearly 7 months ago, and trying very hard to accept get my new post-baby body. Its been a very slow process shedding this baby weight than the first time. What can i say, i love food, especially carbs. They call to me without a second thought. Im what you call a boredom eater, i eat when im bored or have nothing better to do. Like i said, im a stay at home mom with the convienences of my fridge and pantry being at arms length. Im in my mid-twenties and are seriously overweight for my age, as well as my height. Its a new year and i wanna start it off right. I owe it to myself to get healthy. Not just for thou but for my husband and children as well. Ive never been a skinny woman by any means but i know that i have the ability and drive to be that sexy wife and mother i know i can be.
