Ok i am so frustrated today. I keep bouncing around different diets in my head all day..since i have been on every diet under the sun today i was thinking i should do atkins again but that would mean no fruit or the one that really worked for me but that would mean no breakfast(sadhkin method)i lost 25 pounds in one month on that but that was sooooo hard.. grrrr... i bought smart ones and had that for lunch all week and i gained 2 pounds i think it might be for a number of reasons especially the sodium content. I am a combination of lazy and busy during the week so its easier for me to just buy a smart one and throw it in the microwave but i don't think it will work. i dunno maybe because i didn't keep track i went well over my points. i need to focus more this week on what i am eating.. right now i am hooked on waffles for breakfast i need to do something about that.
and i really need to boost my exercise up.. I have been off my thyroid meds for a month already (due to no health insurance) but now with my new job i just got coverage and was able to get my thyroid meds..so today is the second day back on them.. i would like to think now that i am on meds the weight will melt off but unfortunately it doesnt work that way. I really just got to keep fighting..i went swimming and did a few laps in the pool but i know thats not enough..but its a start

Bouncing from diet to diet can be a problem in itself. No plan will work unless you really work that plan. You need to be able to make changes in your life that you can live with and will stick to the rest of your life or your will be on the diet train forever. Frozen dinners a notoriously know for their sodium content. If you eat a non processed breakfast and lunch, a frozen dinner each night shouldn't inhibit your weight loss. You must keep track of what you are eating though. It's so easy to eat too much. If you don't like keeping track of calories or points, then maybe atkins or SB would be a better fit for you. No matter which plan you do, you need to stick with it. Great job on getting in some exercise. Take baby steps if you need to. Good luck!

Hi, Sorry about the lapse in time. I have been on vacation. Now back to the real world. I do the Smart Ones for the convience of it but also they just taste good. You do need to keep track of your points though. I lost great on Atkins before but it seemed like after a rather lengthy illness it did not work for me anymore so I switched to WW. Doing Atkins is easy but you DO need to eat veggies and fruit so just pick the lower carb choices. Hang in there! The diet is not a short term thing. This is for life. Even if and when you loose the weight you will always have to watch your intake. So yes, there will be good times as well as bad times. That is life. Just don't give up and keep focused. Donna
