Well here I am again re starting my healthy eating plan. I have more support this time via Facebook but only in the sense that I am going to let them know how much I am losing each week. I thought it might push me a bit more. I have to curb my sweet tooth by replacing chocolate with fruit. I really home that works otherwise I will have to resort to the Paul Mckenna diet and imagine I am eating chocolate from a spittoon with various disgusting ingredients in it. Its all in the mind don't you know!!!
