Past 4 days have been a blur... Wednesday afternoon Internet was down for 28 hours... Verizon finally came (Thursday night) and did their job and fixed service..Had that unexpected company AGAIN since Thursday night, they finally left TODAY at 1pm P.S.T... Had family get together for Superbowl today.. It was a beautiful day we Bar-b-qued.. My intentions were to just eat the meat off the grill no sauce etc..

Arrrggghhh Cheated today only.. :( I can't believe it, just couldn't hold out.. Had serving of grilled carne asada (beef), small serving of macaroni salad and barbecue beans about 1 cup each.. tortilla chips with guacamole ( 1/2 cup) just CHEATED...

I hope tomorrow morning (Monday) when I weigh in - it doesn't show too much of an increase.. Feel bad but I know what to do.. Tomorrow another day and will have fresh start - back on the strict plan ...

Monday Morning here I come..... brand new day!
