I'm about here...don't want to get on the scales yet.
maybe tomorrow. I'm suppose to go to the gym tomorrow at 5 to start yoga. i am excited...hope i enjoy yoga.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
