Finally broke the 200 mark! I know it's just an arbitrary number, but it feels really good to be below 200 again. I'd never been that high in my life.
Ironically, breaking 200 makes me want to exercise harder. The difference between 201 and 199 - wanting to run again.
So woohoo me; I deserve a (non-food) treat!
