Muscle definition improving. Measurements indicate waist is slowly deteriorating while muscle radius (chest, arms, quads) have seen slight improvement. Weight is holding stable.

I'm going serious now.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
