The week went pretty well though it started of in some kind of confusion. I am such a person of habit and if I get out of my routine it drives me nuts.Kind of sad to depend so much on routine.
On the other hand, this routine is one of the ways to stay on track. But Nevertheless I stayed on track and am happy about it.
A step at the time and I will succeed :-)

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 February 2013:
1622 kcal Fat: 122.44g | Prot: 90.52g | Carb: 25.32g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, Yellow Sweet Peppers, sharp cheddar cheese sargento, Fully Cooked Bacon. Lunch: mustard, Hard-Boiled Egg. Dinner: mustard, ground pork, onion, beef franks oscar mayer. Snacks/Other: pork skins mac's, Ultimate Seathouse Bacon flavored Dip, atkins endulge. more...

I was thinking about a time (maybe last spring) when you were also losing like gangbusters. Was that based on routine as well?

Yes, it was. And then the wedding came and Hawaii, still not too bad. I really lost it after Labor day, have the feeling I exploded. Was so out of balance and that reflected on my way of eating. Clothes I bought mid November did not fit around Christmas anymore.

Well that is all changing now!

Oh yes, it is changing. First of all I felt so uncomfortable, like my skin was to tight for the mass *lol* I want it because I want to feel good, look good. Second, the next wedding is planned for sometimes in November - on a Caribbean Island :-)
