I completed Day 4 another workout w/Shaun T. My day was gud. The best thing about it was a new recipe I got right here on this site. I tweeked it a bit for me ; ). I sauteed spinich in olive oil and garlic and various herbs. I used lowfat vanilla yogurt and mixed it in while the spinich was still warm. I sauteed portabella mushrooms the same way and mixed it in w/the yog n spin. WOW tasty tasty tasty. When I can have that over pasta...
