The tick up this week is probably a backlash from the past couple weeks. While I have kept to super healthy diet and exercise, I was probably eating a little more than I needed to and eating more carbs (bananas) than I should to be in ketosis. So this week, I was super strict, and am now back in the ketogenic swing of things! Things will probably start going back down next week. Exercise has been going very well. In the third week of a new weight lifting routine that is decently similar to what I have been doing since December. Making progress and feeling strong. I am sick of being sore after yoga every weekend, so I have been trying to do about 10 minutes of sun salutations on days I don't work out. Digestion has been okay but less than perfect. I seem to be really dependent on coffee to stimulate digestion. Eating A LOT of greens and chia seeds for fiber. It was slightly better a couple weeks ago when I was eating an obscene amount of greens. Point is, I need to really make an effort to get in as many greens as possible EVERY DAY. It takes some forethought. 2/1/2013
