I picked up a Lean Cuisine lunch at the grocery the other night. It said the serving was 150 calories, 7 1/2 ozs. of broccoli and sirloin meat, portabella mushrooms and sauce. It took 4 1/2 minutes to cook and it was AWESOME! I added a biscuit on the side but WOW... was it amazing. I even feel full. I had cherry pomegranate Crystal Light for lunch (5 calories with a maraschino cherry 5 calories) as well.

I've had that Lean Cuisine before - it's good! Have you tried the Healthy Choice Café Steamers? I love the turkey/sweet potatoes one, and I bet you would love the Beef Merlot kind! Check it out! :)

(It only has 220 calories and has red potatoes, green beans, carrots, beef, merlot sauce.... etc. Yum!)

Erika2633, Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to try the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers. I just started trying the prepared food. It is convienient for lunch but I often find things lack flavor or are not filling enough. I tend to eat more for lunch and less for dinner.
