Went out for dinner yesterday. Had a couple glasses of wine. Maybe shouldn't have done it but I was good during the day and didn't overdo it on the calories because I knew about dinner. Didn't ride my bike into work either because I knew I would be drinking after work. Therefore, I've decided that Thursday will be my "free" day (within reason, of course!).
