Some great weather in London this summer. Got on the bike today. Only to work and back but better than nothing. I clocked some nice mileage on Friday going down to Brixton from Westminster to visit my uncle on his birthday. I must say I wasn't at all looking forward to the ride home because I was so tired but I had some motivation. Wanted to get home and sit down!

Plus I have a really need phone app called Cyclemeter that tracks time, distance and calories burned (will even show you your route on GPS). It has settings for walking, skating as well. Not bad for £3 and way better than spending £50 on a fancy bike computer like my brother! It's pretty cool. I highly recommend it.
