after two weeks in induction with no weight loss i'm doing a 3-5 day fat fast to kick me into ketosis. i've been doing atkins for many years now perhaps my body has habituated (lol). Hoping to get past this stall. i gained 5kg over the xmas hols and it seems to have stack on me unwaveringly- lol. Have been exercising and burning about 730cal a day for 2 weeks. This must work otherwise i'm tearing my hair OUT!!!!
