ITs been a year since I had my tiwns. And its been a year of learning how to balance everything in my life to accommodate the new kiddies. Its been such a learning experience and I love every minute of it. But I forgot to learn how to also take care of myself. Today is the first day I WILL take care of me. I let myself go. From not eating, to eating bad when I had time, to not caring if my hair is done, to not caring at all about me. I will learn that its not bad to take time for me! I will overcome this mom belly. I will shed these pounds. I will be healthy.
