Yea! I went jogging for the first time since April. It felt great. I had to alternate walking and jogging, but I know I will be able to build my endurance back up. It feels so good to do cardio! So far the foot feels okay. I have been stretching it out because it has felt like it was tightening up a bit a couple of different times. We will see how it does during the remainder of the day. If need be, I will ice it down and wear my splint tonight.

My excursion to Burger King afterwards ran my calories up, but I had to get something to eat after having routine bloodwork done. Oh well, I will make up for it.
