eeek ok so i just had a quesadilla i know that has to have had a ton of calories and i havent been particuarly healthy today so who knows what my weight will be tomorrow morning :/ i have yet to go to the gym though so i am going to work my ass off in a couple of hours to make sure i dont gain like 100lbs ;) im hoping that this little blowout will not be a slippery slope this weekend i am going to measure out some food to take with me and write a plan to keep me on track.

Was it a homemade quesadilla or a restaraunt one? Depending on what was in it it might not be TOO bad...like light cheese with chicken NOT cooked in butter....but I think the fact that you have a work out planned for today means the quesadila just motivated you to work out even harder which is a plus!

i bought it from a takeaway it had cheese and tomato and didn't seem to greasy. feel super tired so i am finding it hard to get motivated to go :P

lol you're silly... you're not going to gain 100lbs lol... but you'll especially not gain it after you go work out :)... I've been pretty naughty this week also with my calorie intake and I haven't made it to the gym once >.< I also fear stepping on the scale tomorrow morning... writing out a plan sounds like a great idea... I might try that too... well I hope your work out goes well :)

ok i worked out like a maniac and burned about 800 calories in an hour and a half which is a record for me so i'm pretty pleased with myself also i had a sneaky peak at the scale at the gym and it was 170 so im hoping for lower tomorrow :)
