Disappointing a little today, it appears I have put back on 1kg even though I have been good at following my RDI, still keeping well under the limit and to see a weight gain is discouraging really, I suppose this is where a lot of people fail and lose the interest and pack it in. NOT ME!!!! I am going to carry on, but my RDI is still recommending an intake of 2400 cal per day, but I am going to reduce it to 2000 cal per day and see if after a week or two it makes a difference.
Here's hoping, onwards and upwards I say.
