Yesterday I had the hunger from HELL! I carefully planned and ate my allotted breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. I even added a salad at lunch and felt more satisfied. But after dinner, the hunger reared its ugly head, and i should have made myself a substantial small meal, instead of snacking and snacking....UGH! I ended up eating close to 400 or 500 calories of not so good food and finally went to bed...I am not beating myself up this morning, it's a new day and I am OK!
