Today I didn't eat anything for breakfast only because i'm not much of a breakfast eater. I went by wendy's and ate a apple pecan salad with the dressing and a medium dr. pepper. I should have ordered a water instead, but i needed the caffiene. The salad was delicious!! If anyone has not tried it, it has blue cheese crumbled in with a roasted chicken filet, apples (granny and red), roasted pecans, spinach leaves, and spring mix lettuce (no iceburg). And I cheated with a small chocolate frosty, only because I haven't had one in awhile. I am fixing to eat with my Papaw at his house. He will be serving fried catfish and hush puppies so I am going to try not to go overboard with the fried anything:) I will weigh in a week from this past monday, only because you can't tell in just a few days how much weight you lose. I will wear the exact same thing i did on monday to get a more accurate reading. I learned this from people that have gone to weight watchers meetings when i use to work at the hospital.
