Consassy's Journal, 21 September 2007

This morning I walked 6 times around the track. The track is 1.8 around. It was a nice morning so I decided to go for it. I came home, showered and head to the center. I'm so happy when I went to weigh in today. The scale read 184.6 lbs.

I did not do Takeoff. I just don't eat red meats, drink 64-72 ozs of water, and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I do use the LA lites. My counselor told me today, since I'm doing so well on the plan, I do not need to buy anything else.

My goodness! You lost 4 lbs in 2 days without TO? I am very impressed! That is wonderful!

Wow, I still am dilly dallying around with really working out. One of these days I am going to give you a run for your money. It feels so good when you can finally be athletic. I have so not done any significant athletic activity in over 3 years and am looking forward to being lighter and incorporating it back into my life style over the next year.............Congrats! Your weight chart looks awesome!!

Hmmm..that is great, I will try that for a week or two and see if I can lose from no red meat, do you eat peanut butter? That is so good, I wish I could do that without TO.

Yes... I eat peanut butter once a week for breakfast on a 100% whole wheat bagel. I eat cheese every morning. Can you tell I love cheese. LOL
