So i have been making excuses for not exercising. Today i said enough!! I ran (and walked) with a distance of almost 2 miles! and i cant go up my stairs without being reminded. But it feels GOOD. i have the aches and pains that remind me that i am making progress! Now to make myself do it again tomorrow! i think its so important to do it 1 day at a time...
