Now that I've reached my target weight, how do I switch from weight loss to weight maintenance. I never thought I had a problem with keeping my weight steady but since it kept creeping steadily upward over time, I now realize I did have numerous poor eating habits. So eating less by tracking calories combined with regular exercise has gotten me to where I want so what is the plan to stay here?
