I'm doing really well sticking to my paleo diet and well within RDA. I'm eating no grains or super high carb foods, and snacking on raisins and almonds and chestnuts rather than processed chocolatey stuff, which is my weakness.
I feel good.
But I don't feel like the scale is moving.
I'll push myself to exercise again today. I hope it helps. I really can't stand looking at my arms with that extra weight, and my middle. Uch!

Hello there! Don't stress out too much about the scale not moving. As long as you are following the diet plan and getting some exercise it will pay off. As far as Maria's comment, I agree. The Paleo Diet itself doesn't recommend starches either. There are some people who will each sweet potatoes and yams because they are vegetables. It really just depends on how strict you want to be. Good luck! :)
