So I didn't get to work out today. I'm trying to put myself on a day schedule, and as such forced myself up at 7 am. Spent most of the day feeling groggy and trying to finish up the stuff for my grad class. The upside is that I finally put a dent in my presentation for next week. No, still not done with everything.

I think I injured my ankle when I fell last night. It's definitely swollen and a little sore. I've been trying to stay off it today so I don't end up with a nasty sprain again.

Going to try to get to bed at a decent time tonight (aka soon). Hopefully I'll be able to work out tomorrow.

Poor you, I am sorry to hear about your injury. I learned once that subconsciously when we are not grounded those type of falls happen to us. The positive outcome in those times is we have time to reflect. Perhaps forcing yourself is stressful? Find joyful ways to incorporate activity in your life so not to struggle but enjoy it. It can start as easily as parking your car out further when you go shopping, while standing at the gas pump or doing dishes, finding creative ways to get more movement in your day.
