If I could kick my own butt, I would. I joined FS in February and it took me 2 months to lose 10lb... that was on April 11th. Today, July 20th, I am still at the same weight. Why have I allowed myself to plateau for 3 months? I guess it could be worse; I could have gained back all 10lb.

Why is it that any time I start to see some progress, my subconscious says "hey, you're doing well now, you can relax with the calorie counting..." or "that looks close enough to a serving size", when I know it's probably closer to 2 serving sizes.

I'm just sick of this plateau. It's totally my own fault.... I do well during the day but it's at night, in front of the computer that the munchie-gremlins attack. Seriously, I gotta learn some willpower. Five months left to the wedding and my dress is still nowhere near fitting me! I'm starting to panic... plus work is stressing... plus it's TOTM so yeah, I guess I need a little panic attack to put me back on track! :-)
