why am i so constipated? ALL the time.. I take fiber suppliments, pro biotic, drink a ton of water, eat fruit and veg, eat hemp hearts. COME ON its horrible

If you haven't discussed this before with your physician, you may want to do so. Constipation, along with difficulty gaining/losing weight, sleep changes, etc, could be a sign of thyroid or other more serious issues. In the interim, you might want to also consider that excess calcium can cause constipation, but a simple stool softener (not a laxative) taken in the evening before going to bed might help to move things along a little more easily. Constipation can be pretty common for women in general, while dieting or because of menses/pregnancy, but it may also be indicative of other issues.
