I did have some white chocolate and some macadamia nuts yesterday. I probably did not have that much wine, because Sue had a glass. I did not include those things in my food list, because I didn't weigh them. But I did have calories left over. I apparently also ate about 1/3 c. cottage cheese.

As for the zucchini casserole, I had a bit less than 1 3/4 lb. zucchini before trimming it lightly. I used 3.85 oz. bacon, a large yellow onion, and 4 cups frozen tomatoes. I'll use 3-4 slices bread, toasted with a small amount of butter on them. It is going to be about 10 servings now.
