I recorded everything I ate. I drank more water this week than I have in a long time and I did work about at least 3 times this week. I also managed to stick with my own personal goal to not eat any wheat. I didn't lose any more weight this week but I didn't gain any either. And that is pretty amazing because I have eaten a ton of cupcakes and ice cream. ( my baby's birthday was this week and I had to eat the left overs you know). I should be able to see some more weight come off this coming week now that the junk is out of the house.
