Though my weight went up, I was on vacation this week and did not really follow any sort of diet. I did avoid candy, and excessive white flour carbs, but definitely did indulge in some ice cream and a couple smoores. Maybe it was all of the boogy boarding I did; helped keep the weight gain down!
I am going to work on being satisfied with one sweet or a couple of bites this week. I read about a 90/10 diet that I was thinking of looking into. I think it is 90% good calories, 10% not so good (I guess). I am doing better at eating whole foods and really hope I keep it up.
