For what its worth, today at 8AM today my Tanita scales show: Weight: 81.9 kgs Body fat %: 42.7 Body water %: 40.2 Muscle mass kgs: 44.6 kgs Today I'm determined to keep below my RDI of 1400 calories, despite the fact that I'm going out for dinner this evening. Before that I'm collecting my grand-daughter from school and taking her to ballet, then afterwards either to a cafe or for an icecream this afternoon. I usually have an ice-cream too, so 'mI strengthening myself up to go without today. I adore ice-creams, especially Magnums or Trumpets! Yes! I did resist buying an icecream for myself!
