I don't know what happened the past week, but I really didn't lose weight! I stayed *exactly* the same for 6 days. Better than gaining. I stuck to it the whole time, and finally a few pounds dropped off. I shouldn't base everything on the scale! I still haven't started working out, but I plan on getting a gym membership today!
Things I need to start doing: Planning my meals out better (I've been snacking more instead of having meals) Working out Drink more water
