Your going to give yourself a swift kick in the bum and get moving on the weight loss. Spring is around the corner. Just think how amazing you will look by then. Do some googling and find a plan that will fit in to your life and that you might enjoy. I do Weight Watchers but with a lower carb slant. I eat lot's of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Try new recipes. Get some home workout dvds or join a gym. If you lose 2 pounds a week, you will be near goal by April. Now get moving!!!!!
